Murgh Makhani Handi: ———————-Ingredients——————— Chicken Marination: 1- Chicken Cubes (400 Grams) 2- Salt (1 Ts/To taste) 3- Garam Masala Powder (1 Ts) 4- Black pepper Powder(1 Tbs) 5- Red Chilli Powder( 1 Ts) 6- Butter ( 100 Grams) 7- Fresh Cream (1 Tbs) 8- Garlic/Ginger Paste(1/2 Ts) Ingredients (Gravy): 1- Oil (2Tbs) 2- Salt (1 Ts/To taste) 3- Garam Masala Powder (1 Ts) 4- Black pepper Powder(1 Tbs) 5- Red Chilli Powder( 1 Ts) 6- Coriander Powder (1 Ts) 7- Fresh Cream (1 Tbs) 8- Garlic/Ginger Paste(1 Ts) 9- Tomato Sauce (2 Tbs) 10- Bay Leaves (2) 11- Green Chilli(2) 12- Red Chilli Flakes ( 7) Garnishing: Lemon Slices Fresh Cream Chopped Green chillies Coriander leaves Butter cube ———————Method——————— Take chicken cubes in a bowl .Add salt, black pepper powder,Garam Masala Powder,lemon juice ,Ginger/garlic paste & fresh cream. Mix all the ingredients & marinate chicken for half an hour.Melt butter in a pan & pour in marinated chicken. Cook until chicken is tender. Now melt butter in another Pan & add onion , chopped tomatoes ,gram masala powder, black pepper powder,coriander powder,tomato sauce ,salt ,red chilli powder,Ginger/garlic paste & bay leaves.Cook for 8-10 minutes.After that take out bay leaves. Leave the mixture and let it cool for few minutes. Grind onion mixture to make fine paste. Pour paste in a pan add red chilli flakes, green chillies & fresh cream. Cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes. When done add cooked chicken in it and cook until oil separates. Garnish with fresh cream,bay leaves,coriander leaves,lemon slices & chopped green chillies. Serve with chapaties.
