Effective date: 11 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AdYobe.com ("AdYobe", "we", "our" or "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit or use the platform.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: information such as your username, first name, last name and email address.
- Creator profile data: display name, profile information, interests, goals and other profile details you choose to provide.
- Submitted content: YouTube URLs, titles, descriptions, categories and other information you provide.
- Community data: creator groups you create or join, group images, invitations, membership roles, discussion posts, replies, referenced videos and moderation records.
- Contact data: your name, email address, subject and message when you contact us.
- Platform activity: selected videos, playback status, approximate viewing duration and playback-error reports.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, cookie identifiers, timestamps and diagnostic information.
2. Why we use information
We use information where necessary to:
- provide accounts, creator profiles, video management, discovery, messaging, community groups and support;
- operate public and private group membership, discussions and invitations;
- secure the platform, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems;
- review community activity for moderation, safety and enforcement of our Terms;
- maintain informational platform analytics and improve the service;
- respond to messages and comply with legal obligations; and
- display advertising and measure site usage where permitted and consented to.
Depending on the activity, our lawful basis may be performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent or compliance with a legal obligation.
3. Public and private creator groups
Public groups and their discussions can be read without signing in. Public readers do not receive the group member directory. Signed-in active group members may see member names and links to public creator profiles where available.
Private groups are restricted from ordinary non-members, but they are not hidden from authorised AdYobe administrators.
Authorised AdYobe administrators may access public and private group content, membership details, discussions, replies and related moderation records when reasonably needed for safety, abuse prevention, support, legal compliance or enforcement of platform rules. Group owners, administrators and moderators may also have moderation access within groups according to their role.
Community screens are designed to use a member's first and last name rather than exposing their email address. Do not post sensitive personal information in community discussions unless it is necessary and appropriate to do so.
4. YouTube and Google services
AdYobe uses embedded YouTube players and may use YouTube API Services. When YouTube content is loaded, Google and YouTube may receive device, browser, cookie, playback and interaction information. Your use of those services is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
AdYobe activity information is used for security, diagnostics, service improvement and informational reporting. It is not used to award credits or exchange YouTube engagement.
5. Analytics, advertising and cookies
Subject to configuration and consent requirements, AdYobe may use Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Statcounter and embedded YouTube services. These providers may process technical and usage information. See our Cookie Policy for further information and available controls.
6. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with hosting, email, security, analytics, advertising and embedded-content providers when needed to operate the platform. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or as part of a legitimate business transfer.
7. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
8. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, community moderation, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Deleted or moderated community content may be retained for a limited period in moderation/audit records where reasonably necessary.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Contact us to make a request.
You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the relevant data-protection authority in your country.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so you should also use a strong, unique password.
11. Children's privacy
AdYobe is not intended for children under 13. Where a higher minimum age or parental consent requirement applies in a user's country, that local requirement must be followed.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the platform or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
