1. Independent platform
AdYobe is an independent creator-discovery and community platform. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by YouTube, Google or any other third-party platform.
2. No engagement guarantees
AdYobe does not guarantee views, watch time, subscribers, likes, comments, ranking, revenue, channel growth or monetisation. YouTube and other third-party platforms independently determine how activity is measured, counted or removed.
3. AdYobe activity and no reciprocal-engagement guarantee
AdYobe may maintain internal activity measures, including AdYobe Hours, and may use them as part of its own eligibility or discovery rules. These are AdYobe platform measures only and are not YouTube watch hours or a guarantee of YouTube engagement. AdYobe does not guarantee reciprocal views, subscriptions, likes or comments. Bots, automated playback, refresh loops and other artificial or manipulative engagement are prohibited.
4. Community and user-generated content
Creator profiles, groups, discussions, replies and other user-submitted material represent the users who provide them and not AdYobe. Public groups and discussions may be readable without signing in. Private groups are restricted from ordinary non-members, but authorised AdYobe administrators may access them for moderation, safety, support, abuse prevention, legal compliance or enforcement. AdYobe may moderate, lock, restrict or remove content or groups where reasonably necessary, but cannot guarantee that all inappropriate content will be identified immediately.
5. User responsibility
Users are responsible for their submitted content, permissions and conduct, and for complying with applicable law and the rules of YouTube or any other service they use. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, infringing, abusive or sensitive personal information that you are not authorised to share.
6. External content and links
Embedded videos and external links lead to services controlled by third parties. We do not control their content, availability, privacy practices or terms and are not responsible for changes made by those services.

8. Availability and liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdYobe is not liable for losses arising from reliance on platform information, user-generated or third-party content, service interruption or third-party platform decisions. Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
