We do not facilitate view-for-view systems, artificial engagement exchanges, or incentivized watch-time schemes.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country),
  • Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts,
  • Use the platform in compliance with local and international laws.
If you're using AdYobe on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

3. Prohibited Activities

By using AdYobe, you agree not to:

  • Offer or engage in “sub4sub,” “view4view,” or any artificial boosting schemes
  • Violate YouTube’s, TikTok’s, Instagram’s, or any other platform’s terms of service
  • Share or promote misleading, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
  • Spam, harass, or impersonate others
  • Use bots, automation, or scraping tools to manipulate the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

4. No Incentivized Watching or Gaming

AdYobe does not reward users for watching content or artificially inflate video statistics. All collaborations must be mutual, organic, and meaningful. Our goal is to foster creator relationships — not to cheat platform algorithms.

5. User Content and Conduct

You retain all rights to the content you submit or link to (e.g., YouTube videos, social profiles). However, by submitting or displaying content on AdYobe, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content only as necessary to provide and promote the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights or laws.You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of your profile and content,
  • Ensuring that any collaborations respect copyright, trademark, and third-party rights,
  • Adhering to the community standards of any external platform you link to.
  • Do not post content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
  • Do not share personal information of others without their consent.
  • Do not engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or other users.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or permanently ban your account without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms,
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity,
  • You are reported multiple times by other users for misconduct.
We reserve the right to take legal or technical action to prevent further misuse.

7. Disclaimer

AdYobe is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or guarantees about:

  • The results from using the platform
  • The availability or accuracy of collaborator matches,
  • The actions of any third-party platforms (YouTube, etc.)
