These Terms govern access to and use of AdYobe.com. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Platform purpose
AdYobe is a creator-discovery and creator-community platform where users can submit public video links, create creator profiles, explore eligible content and collaborate with other creators. AdYobe does not facilitate incentivised watching or engagement exchanges.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age applicable in your country.
- You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms or appropriate permission.
- If acting for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and activity performed through your account. First Name and Last Name are required before creating a Creator Community group, discussion or reply. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Submitted content
You retain ownership of content you submit or link. You grant AdYobe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and process that content as reasonably required to operate and promote the platform. This includes community text, group images and referenced content. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
5. Creator Community groups
AdYobe members may create and participate in public or private creator groups. Group owners may appoint administrators and moderators, invite members and manage participation.
- Public groups and discussions may be read without an AdYobe account. Posting and replying require a signed-in user to join the group.
- Private groups are restricted from ordinary non-members, but are not hidden from authorised AdYobe administrators.
- The public/non-member view does not provide the group member directory. Active group members may see member names and public creator-profile links where available.
- AdYobe administrators may access public and private groups, discussions, replies and membership information for safety, support, moderation, abuse prevention, legal compliance and enforcement of these Terms.
- Group owners, administrators and moderators may remove or restrict content and members according to their permissions.
- A platform-level lock applied by an AdYobe administrator cannot be removed by a group owner, group administrator or moderator.
- Moderation actions may be recorded in audit logs.
Do not treat a private group as a confidential communications service. Do not post information that you are not entitled to share.
6. Prohibited activity
You must not:
- offer or participate in view-for-view, sub-for-sub or engagement exchanges;
- use bots, scripts, automated playback, refresh loops or deceptive techniques;
- manipulate statistics or attempt to evade platform safeguards;
- submit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, misleading or infringing content;
- use community groups for spam, harassment, impersonation, coordinated abuse or manipulation of engagement;
- publish another person's private or sensitive information without permission or lawful justification;
- interfere with the platform or attempt unauthorised access; or
- violate YouTube's rules or those of another applicable third-party service.
7. Discovery and engagement
Eligibility, ordering and availability may change. AdYobe does not guarantee placement, views, watch time, likes, comments, subscribers, rankings, revenue or monetisation. Watching content does not earn credits or preferred placement.
8. Moderation and termination
We may review reports and public or private community activity and may restrict, lock, disable or remove groups, discussions, replies, content or accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, security, policy compliance, support or legal obligations. We may retain appropriate moderation records.
9. YouTube and third-party services
AdYobe uses embedded YouTube players and may use YouTube API Services. Use of YouTube content is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. AdYobe is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
10. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information, including community activity, is handled. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies used by the platform.
11. Availability and disclaimers
AdYobe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, results or continued availability of third-party content. Read our Disclaimer.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdYobe will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from platform use, community interactions, third-party content or third-party decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms when the platform or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date means the revised Terms apply.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
