How It Works

1. Create your account

Register for a free AdYobe account and confirm your email address. Add your First Name and Last Name in Account Settings before creating a community group, discussion or reply.

2. Build your creator profile

Create a public creator profile to introduce your channel, goals and interests. Signed-in group members can open another member's public creator profile where one is available.

3. Submit eligible YouTube videos

Add a valid public YouTube video and the requested information. AdYobe may use internal activity measures, including AdYobe Hours where enabled, as part of platform eligibility or discovery rules. AdYobe Hours are not YouTube watch hours and do not guarantee YouTube views, watch time or other engagement.

4. Discover creators and videos

Eligible videos may appear in Spotlight, New, Trending, Popular, category and search experiences according to AdYobe's platform rules and genuine user activity. Viewers choose what they want to watch and start playback themselves. Placement or engagement is never guaranteed.

5. Use Creator Community groups

Creator Community provides public and private spaces for collaboration, discussion and video feedback.

  • Public groups: the group and its discussions can be read without signing in. Registered users can join a public group and then participate according to the group's permissions.
  • Private groups: content is restricted from ordinary non-members and is available to active members and authorised AdYobe administrators.
  • The member directory is hidden from ordinary public/non-member visitors. Signed-in active members can see member names and available public creator-profile links.
  • Owners and group administrators can manage membership and roles and can add a group picture according to their permissions.
  • Discussions use readable URLs, have their own pages and support paged replies.
  • Owners, group administrators and moderators can moderate group content according to their permissions.
  • AdYobe administrators retain platform-level moderation access. A platform administrator lock cannot be removed by a group Owner, Admin or Moderator.

Important: private groups are not hidden from authorised AdYobe administrators. Administrators may access public and private group content when reasonably needed for safety, abuse prevention, moderation, support, legal compliance or enforcement of AdYobe rules.

6. Manage your activity

Use your dashboard and Community area to manage videos, creator-profile information, invitations and group participation. Group permissions determine which management actions are available to you.

Fair-use expectations

  • Do not use bots, scripts, refresh loops or automated viewing.
  • Do not manipulate or artificially inflate engagement.
  • Do not use groups for harassment, spam, threats, illegal content or engagement manipulation.
  • Submit and share only content you are authorised to share.
  • Follow applicable law and the rules of YouTube and other services you use.
